- Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On the exchange of defective products BuyBestop.com will only pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. BuyBestop.com requires that the product not be damaged, missing components or any documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed a 15% re-stocking charge. All returns must be authorized and assigned an RGA by BuyBestop.com and sent postage prepaid. We suggest using a carrier that is traceable and that also provides insurance. BuyBestop.com is not responsible for return shipping on any returns. BuyBestop.com makes policy to not accept deliveries by DHL.
- Shipping Policy. Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Hardtops ship by truck freight, we will contact you with the final cost.
